Blogging for Dummies?

Well, greeting and welcome to my blogspot page. It's probably gonna be lame-o, but as I don't have the 'Blogging for Dummies' book, and no one around to tell me what to do, I'm just gonna kinda feel my way along. Would you like to come along for the ride? Well perfect then. So, is this where I tell you a little bit about myself? Hmmm... I guess so. Ok, well, if you don't know who I am, or came here by accident, my name is Anuhea o Maui Adrian Pickard (Pokipala) Fieeiki. Most people call me Anuhea. Only a select few call me Hea. Though if BJ(my hubby) had his way, EVERYONE would call me Hea, only because he doesn't like to repeat how to say my name to others. Tough luck. I've been married almost three years to Barry James Fieeiki, and I am 'barry' happy that I married him. Hehe. We met online, chatted, dated and married within 2 months and 10 days of our first email. We are currently in Kansas, tornado alley, where BJ has taken a summer sales job. So I get to hang out in the apartment, watch tv and pretty much do nothing. We've been here for two weeks and I still can't believe that I am in KS! Mainly because BJ's first office was in Providence, RI and I had such high hopes for my summer. I mean I was just a quick train ride to Boston, New York, Philly, and DC! I was only 25 short minutes from the coast(BEACH!!!). I was looking forward to eating some really good fish, crabs, lobster, calamari, clams and anyother seafood I could. I had it all planned on cool places to visit and see and was just SO EXCITED that for the whole summer I would be in New England. And then all of a sudden his office gets notice that we are all being moved. To WICHITA, KANSAS. Can you feel my disappointment? The total letdown? Yeah, it still hurts. So now all I do, as I mentioned before is pretty much nothing. And while that might sound appealing.. after a couple weeks, it gets old. Quickly. So in a nutshell, that's what's happening in my neck of the woods, or in this case, the plains.

Cute blog! Sweet, I get to be your first comment! Yeah, I'm no pro either but if you ever have a question, ask me, so I can ask Michele. haha. So tell me about Kansas? You like the south? We need to get together. I mean, like, really.

Love ya,
Shannon
